Conference and Event Center - With a 36,000 Square Foot facility, our one of a kind event center offers multiple connected spaces, ranging from small to large meeting rooms and open event spaces. We are able to accommodate events of most types and sizes. We proudly offer flexible space and affordable rates for business meetings, trade shows, themed expos, conferences, auto clinics, research clinics, focus groups, sporting events, celebrations, wedding receptions, birthday parties, school, and special events. Facility Technology - Our venue offers the latest capabilities in technology with ultra hi-speed 100 meg symmetrical fiber Wi-Fi (1 gig options available) with access points throughout our facility. Large groups utilizing our venue can now have simultaneous Ultra Hi-Speed access. Electrical outlets are easily accessible throughout the entire facility. In addition to many electrical outlets provided in each space, we offer a separate electrical connection with 120/208-volt capabilities, 300 amp 4-wire 3-phase for larger event requirements.
Event Specialists - We offer event planning services that can assist clients with coordinating business and social events from beginning to completion.
We Promote Events to Boost Attendance - In addition to our many services, we offer a marketing team that can assist our clients in increasing the awareness and attendance for their events. Our marketing services offer a variety of promotional services including data base e-mail marketing, social media exposure, search engine marketing and a welcoming message on our electronic message board, which is highly visible by 250,000 daily highway commuters.
Alliance Partners - We partner with individuals and companies in the event business to host events at our venue and to provide their services, such as event planning, catering, music, audio visual. lighting, decorations, flowers, and other event services.
Outside Catering Options - Our venue has a list of preferred caterers with a wide selection ranging from American, Latin, Italian, Greek, and Mexican foods. Outside caterers are welcome.
