- Exactly like its name suggests. This setup consists of tables and chairs arranged in the shape of the letter “U”. This open-ended shape allows attendees to face and interact not only with each other but also with the speaker.

- Perfect for dining. The banquet-style arrangement features round tables with attendees facing each other. This setup maximizes the space of the room. It also allows the fullest potential of interaction among attendees as everyone is facing one another.
4. Conference Style
- Also known as the boardroom style, this seating arrangement includes seats around all sides of a table. With this setup, there is no prominent speaker, everyone faces each others around the table.
