No, the virtual expo showcase has no setup fees. There are setup fees for filming, editing, and content production in the Pro plan.
Do I own the footage?
Yes. You own every asset we produce. The long form interviews, shorts, cuts, captions and source files. Use them anywhere, forever.
How long until I get my interview back?
Standard turnaround is 10 business days from filming to delivered assets.
Where is filming done?
Most interviews are filmed remotely with a guided setup. We confirm the format during onboarding.
Do I have to be on camera?
For Pro, yes. The interview is the crux of the content. For free and enhanced tiers, no on-camera requirement.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Annual plans do not auto-renew unless you opt in. Your directory profile and assets remain yours either way.
Do you offer refunds?
