This catering service provides professional food and beverage options for events and special occasions. I was born in St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands, and in 2023 moved to Austin from Hawai’i Island. I’ve been spreading the warmth of the Aloha Spirit and Hospitality with culinary goodness since 1993. I’ve been blessed to share my passion for the Art of Culinary with some iconic individuals, such as Ray Charles, BB King, Stevie Wonder, The Beach Boys, Kelly Clarkson, Reverend Al Sharpton, Colin Powell, President Barack Obama, and many more iconic and legendary individuals.
