The Jamaican Jerk Pan

This catering service provides professional food and beverage options for events and special occasions. We are a food truck serving up Spokane’s only Jamaican food. The chef is, Doc, the bad mamajama straight out of Jamaica. We pride ourselves on keeping our food authentically Jamaican. We only use spices shipped directly from Doc’s hometown. We would be a perfect fit for a summer gathering, family reunion, wedding reception, baby or bridal shower, and any other event you would be interested in. We are versatile and would love to “cater” a menu to suite your needs.
