We are a new local to Canyon Lake and surrounding areas Pizza Pop-Up and Catering business featuring Neapolitan-Inspired Za’s (pizza’s). That means our dough is handmade every week with Imported Italian 00 flour, sea salt, EVO, yeast, and water before being allowed to cold-ferment for a minimum of 24 hours. Our sauce is made with imported Italian San Marzano tomatoes with our own special blend of spices and we top our pizzas with fresh Mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and topping of choice.
