Executive Chef Bob Schultz received his education at both Sophia University in Tokyo and The Culinary Institute of America. In 1978 he was awarded “Most Likely to Succeed” by The Culinary Institute. His expertise as a chef has been recognized in cites throughout the United States including Minneapolis, Philadelphia, New York, San Francisco, Scottsdale and St Louis. Chef Bob a Philadelphia native has been in the profession for over 40 years.
