I graduated with highest honors from Le Cordon Bleu and have 17 years experience in the culinary field. I cook everything from family style bbq or casual fare to fine dining and plated dinners. I am a member of the United States Personal Chef Association and the Puget Sound Personal Chef Association. I enjoy creating meals with classic flavors as well as creating unique pairings.
