I could help people feel seen. That I could create spaces where someone who normally doesn’t speak up could take the lead. Where a manager could see their team in a new light. Where fun could drive transformation. I wanted to build moments that mattered. Purposeful play. The inspiration to start TBU came from a deeper place that I even knew at the time.
