This year our theme is focused on getting“back to the basics.” With 2024 being a year surrounded by BSA/AML enforcement actions, it’s more important than ever to ensure your institution has a strong AML Program that serves as a foundation for compliance. We will focus on partnership across private, public, and regulatory sectors as an invaluable component of maintaining an effective AML Program.
As we’ve done in the past, we will have a robust regulatory panel followed by seasoned AML/CFT professionals as they discuss relevant topics within the financial services industry. Those discussions will be followed by targeted sessions focused on risks and practices when operating in a digital banking environment, best practices when partnering with third-parties and fintechs, and important considerations for SAR filings.
