Bankruptcy Class

This event offers a professional platform to connect, learn, and grow within the industry. This event offers valuable insights and professional development opportunities. This online and in-person class class covers bankruptcy, how it works, and if it makes sense for you. This class will teach you the realities and myths of bankruptcy, the differences between Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, how to represent yourself in court, and alternatives to bankruptcy. You will also learn how to apply for a pro bono (free) attorney to file your Chapter 7 case.
The class is offered in-person at Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and online through Google Meet (be sure to check the bottom of your emails from for the online meeting link).
