NYC Accelerator, in collaboration with Con Edison, National Grid, and New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), invites building owners and property management professionals to the “LL97 Compliance: Service Provider Expo” on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. This full-day event is designed to help you chart a clear path toward Local Law 97 (LL97) compliance by connecting you with trusted service providers and showcasing the latest in decarbonization and energy efficiency solutions.
The event will help you both reduce and report on building emissions. While the May 1, 2025 LL97 filing deadline has passed, the grace period continues through June 30, 2025 with extensions available through August 29, 2025. NYC Accelerator and the NYC Department of Buildings will be on-site throughout the event to answer your questions, help you navigate your compliance pathway, and provide assistance with filing requirements.
