Discover small business exhibitors, save the ones you like, and reach out directly.

Find, save & connect with exhibitors

1Create your account

Click Sign in at the top-right of any page, then choose Register. Enter your email, name, and a password, click Register, then confirm the verification link we email you. An account lets you save exhibitors and find them again later.

2Sign in

Click Sign in and log in with your email and password. You’ll land on your Dashboard, your home base for saved exhibitors and account settings.

3Browse the Virtual Expos

Open Virtual Expos in the top menu and pick the industry expo you want, from real estate and finance to health, retail, and more. Each expo is a hall of exhibitors in that field.

4Find exhibitors

Inside an expo, browse the exhibitor cards or use search and filters to narrow by category. Click any card to open the full listing, with the company profile, photos, video, social links, and contact details.

5Save your favorites

Click the heart on any listing or card to bookmark it. Find everything you’ve saved anytime under Dashboard, Favorites, so you can come back and reach out when you’re ready.

6Connect on social

On a listing, click the exhibitor’s social icons (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more) to follow them and connect directly on their channels.

7Email an exhibitor

Use the contact form on the listing. Add your name, email, subject, and message, then click Send. Your message goes straight to the exhibitor, who can reply to you directly.

Getting started: sign in, verify your email & add your first listing

1Create your account

Click Sign in at the top-right of any page, then choose Register. Enter your email, your name, and a password (and your company name if asked), then click Register.

2Verify your email

We’ll send a verification link to the email you signed up with. Open your inbox and click the link to activate your account.

Don’t see it within a few minutes? Check your spam or junk folder.

3Sign in

Return to the site, click Sign in, and log in with your email and password. You’ll land on your Dashboard, where you can manage listings, view favorites, and upgrade your plan.

4Start your first listing

On your Dashboard, click Manage Listings under “My Listings” (or choose Add Listing from the menu) and select Exhibitor.

Please note: every exhibitor listing, starting with your first, goes through a manual, in-person review before it is approved for the virtual expo. Approval usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Once approved, you’ll be able to see, edit, and manage your listing from your Dashboard.

5Fill out the listing form

Complete the exhibitor form:

• Choose your plan: Free, Enhanced, or Pro + Interview.
• Company Name, Company Headline, and Company Profile (your description).
• Category: pick the one that best fits your business.
• Email and Phone: both required.
• Address: type your address and drop the pin on the map.
• Banner Image: the wide image across the top of your listing page.
• Gallery Images: business photos for your Photo Gallery (shown on Enhanced and Pro listings); your 1st image is also your card thumbnail in the directory.

When you’re done, click Publish. Your listing is then submitted for review (paid plans continue to secure checkout first) and goes live once approved.

Manage your listing & upgrade

1Manage from your Dashboard

Go to Dashboard, My Listings, Manage Listings to see your live listing, check its status, and make changes anytime.

2Edit anytime

Open your listing to update your profile, photos, contact details, and social links whenever your business changes. Edits to a live listing may be re-reviewed before they show.

3Upgrade for more

Enhanced and Pro listings unlock a photo gallery, video shorts, and a featured interview, so your booth stands out and gets found. Compare tiers under Dashboard, Upgrade Your Plan or Pricing in the menu.
