I’m with Your Computer Store in Laguna Hills and I have been a vendor at the Business Expo Center for several of their events. I’ve been impressed by the quality of the other vendors, very professional, good to be a part of.
Judy, Michael, Jim, and all the staff were absolutely wonderful to work with from our first meeting to the last box of stuff loaded into the car. Please know that you have my recommendation anytime and we will be back. You were all so flexible right on the spot that any changes that needed doing, were done immediately. The Business Expo Center was a great venue for the IDEA show. Everyone was happy with the location and facilities. Great exhibit halls and classrooms were combined with all the right support that made our event a success.
I have never been as impressed with a venue as I have been with the Business Expo Center. They have not only been amazing to work with, but have become our marketing partners. Their marketing team has helped us to fill the room with qualified guests and helped us build our business. I would recommend them to any organization looking for a strong venue/partner. They will exceed your expectations.
First of all, thank you to the Business Expo Center for hosting our event on April 15, 2014. The setup and layout of the place were perfect and great for the meet we wanted. The staff was very helpful and willing to do things we requested. The event room was clean and looked new. We had a couple of guests that were lost and could not find the location, but that’s okay, it was not within their control! I look forward to doing more business with the Business Expo Center.
Jim was wonderful in helping with the set-up and it was beyond all expectations. Quite breathtaking! You took so much care over every little detail and looked after us perfectly. And here I am referring to tables, table coverings, the candles and satin, the marquee outside, that staging. You made us very welcome and I don’t know how to thank you enough. I highly recommend BEC and Chef Tom. You have a great venue and a great team. If there are ways in which I can help you in the future, please let me know. Once again – Thank you.
Thank you for helping us make our Annual Meeting a success! Our volunteers loved the venue – conveniently located since we have volunteers coming from all over Orange County; friendly, caring, considerate staff who found no request too small or too large to fulfill with a smile; excellent food service – the only complaint I heard was they loved the dessert so much they wanted bigger portions! Our staff was very impressed and will keep Business Expo on their list of go-to event sites. I will highly recommend Business Expo to everyone.
I want to let you know what a wonderful time our organization had using the Business Expo Center last night for our annual holiday party. We had just over 400 attend and everyone seemed to have a great time. Everything seemed to work fine once we got the coffee pots situated. Thank you – and to Jim – for allowing us to use your venue with our own caterer and for making it affordable for us to continue to do this event at your location. All our families that attended were pleased with how things went and grateful for the large space to accommodate us all! I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season ahead and a fantastic year!
What I enjoy about having my event and mixers at BEC is that the host can bring their own food services/catering, which hotels don’t allow. However, BEC also provides catering services as needed and that’s just a wonderful combination of being able to cater your own food or have someone cater your food at your event…you’ve got the option!!! The event rooms have private board meeting rooms and food galleys; that’s just awesome! I also love the spacious event rooms and the extra rooms that are attached to them. All the technical needs from projectors and lighting to screens and mics are all available!! Convenience is a must for me, and I find everything convenient at BEC. The parking is FREE…and that’s a plus! The people at BEC are great to work with, and I do recommend BEC as the venue of choice for mixers, business meetings, workshops, business events, and expos! I give a big thumbs up!
